They are just interested in money and will not help if they cannot make a buck. They sold me accessories stating they would pay for them since I was upgrading to a new iPhone 8. They lied with T-Mobile saying there is nothing they could do. We were told to unlock a phone we wanted to use by T-Mobile and the store could help us. We were told by the store they couldn't help us as they were not getting paid to unlock the phone. GO TO ANOTHER STORE if you have to. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
